Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 18/11/25
We want you to feel confident when booking with Wild Violet Wellness. This policy explains your rights in simple terms.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
When you buy a class, class pass, or block booking online (currently unavailable), you have 14 days to change your mind and request a refund.
If your classes haven’t started yet, you’ll get a full refund.
If you start using your pass within the 14 days, you agree that the service has begun. In this case, any refund will be reduced to reflect classes already attended.
If a one-off class is fully taken within the 14 days, the right to cancel no longer applies.
After the 14-Day Period
Refunds aren’t normally available after the cooling-off period unless:
We cancel a class or cannot provide the service, or
You have a long-term medical issue that prevents you from continuing (evidence may be requested).
Class Passes
Unused passes cancelled within 14 days = full refund.
Part-used passes = refund minus the standard pay-as-you-go price for any classes attended.
Expired passes are non-refundable.
Missed Classes
If you miss a class without cancelling according to the booking system rules, the session is counted as used and is non-refundable.
