Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Zumba:

Please wear supportive, comfortable trainers or dance sneakers and comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. You may get quite warm, so layers are recommended.

Yoga:

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for gentle stretch and movement. Layers are useful as you may get warm whilst we move but might like to add warmth for relaxation at the end.

Zumba:

Please bring a water bottle to all classes. Some people like to bring a small towel, if it is very warm.

Yoga:

Please bring a mat (if you have one) and layers of clothing so you can be warm in savasana (relaxation). You may choose to bring a blanket for extra comfort. Please also bring a full water bottle .

Zumba:

Classes start at the time advertised and due to health and safety reasons, it is inadvisable to start a class after the warm up has taken place.

Please arrive a few minutes before the start time so that you can be checked in and get comfortable on your mat.

If you have an injury please follow the medical advice you have been given. You are welcome to return to class once you have received medical clearance and you’re feeling up to it.
